How We Work

In order to serve you best, we take the time to understand your business strategy and investment objectives.

It is important for both parties to be comfortable with each other prior to contracting.  Thus we take the time to explain who we are, how we are structured and how the business runs. 

Taking on a new client involves more than just undertaking a know-your-client check in accordance with industry best practice.  We also run a conflict check to ensure we are not working for clients who are in direct competition with each other.

Our pre-contracting process includes understanding our clients' organisational structure, decision-making process and investment timetable. We endeavour to ensure that we are not working for clients who are directly in competition with each other. 

Once appointed, we assign a key point of contact within the team who will manage the search process and provide updates on a timely basis. 

We work only on direct mandates. Our standard buying mandate entails a monthly retainer and a success fee to ensure both parties are committed to each other.
