Katrina is a seasoned hotel and hospitality consultant who advises our clients on hotel acquisitions and development. She has worked on development and business review assignments in more than 60 countries and is largely credited with building HSP’s strong network and track record.
Having previously served as CEO of Accor Asia Pacific Philippines and held senior executive positions at hotel development and property investment companies in Asia and Europe, she has a well-rounded view of the industry.

ELENA TSAP
Director, Hotel Investments & Acquisitions
Elena drives HSP Transact’s acquisitions and investment transactions business. She works closely with hotel owners, asset managers, funds and various agents across the globe to source and deliver the best available assets. She markets hotel assets in the UK and Europe, as well as actively sourcing required assets for HSP’s international client base. Elena handles the acquisition, investment and sale of Hotels, Hostels, Serviced Apartments, Student Accommodation and mixed-use development opportunities. She has been involved in the marketing and acquisition of various commercial and residential properties in the UK and Europe under her own brand for many years.

ALEX MAVRIDIS
Director, Hotel Acquisitions & Development Advisory
Alex has over twenty years’ experience in investment and asset managing hospitality and mixed-use assets through all stages of the investment cycle – concept, feasibility, design, pre-opening, operating, asset management, pre-sale and disposal. Over this time, he has worked in five continents and been responsible for over $8 billion of global hospitality assets, spanning a multitude of global brands and operators.
His work has also included responsibility for real estate development including global hotel construction, renovation and major refurbishment projects, branded residences and hotel rebranding and has regularly undertaken due diligence for acquisitions & disposals, debt & equity funding negotiations as well as operator search and contract negotiations including franchise and management agreements.
